Farmers Market + Brand Ambassador (Part-Time, Flexible)
Looking for a very flexible, part-time job where you can be outside, meet people, and share something you actually enjoy?
LifeBooch Kombucha is hiring someone (ages 18 and above) to run our booth and represent LifeBooch with good, kind nature and authenticity at the Northampton Farmers Market on Tuesdays. There are also opportunities to take on additional events, demos, or production work if you’re interested, but the main focus of this position is covering the Tuesday market and occasional Saturday and Sunday events with similar setups.
This is a good fit if you’re looking for something consistent but not full-time, with the option to take on more down the line.
What You’ll Do
• Set up and run our standard market booth setup (tent, table, signage)
• Offer samples and talk with customers about our kombucha
• Create a friendly, welcoming vibe at the booth and foster good customer relations
• Handle simple transactions (Square POS and cash)
• Load/unload cases of kombucha and equipment, and pack everything up after the market
• Opportunities for additional production work, if desired – but not required. Occasionally help with demos or additional events on Saturdays and Sundays, if interested
Schedule
• Tuesdays (required): 12pm–7pm (Northampton Farmers Market)
• The Tuesday Market runs from April 14 – November 3 – behind Thornes marketplace in downtown Northampton
• 3 Tuesdays per month (Flexible, but must cover 3 per month)
Optional opportunities for:
• Saturday markets or events (requires your own vehicle)
• Occasional Sunday events
• Store demos or sampling
A personal vehicle is not required for Tuesdays. You’ll use our company vehicle for that.
Transportation
• Tuesday markets use our company vehicle (the Boochmobile)
• You’ll need a clean driving record and be comfortable driving responsibly
• A personal vehicle is only needed if you choose to take on Saturday markets or events
Pay + Perks
• $17/hour
• Free kombucha
• Mileage reimbursement when using your own vehicle
• Ability to trade kombucha with other vendors (within a set limit) for local food and goods
Growth Opportunities (Optional)
If you want more hours or responsibility, there’s room for that, but it’s not required for this position.
• Additional markets or events
• Store demos and sampling
• Production days (Wednesdays and others), including bottling, labeling, and occasional brewing/packaging
If you’re just looking for a consistent, low-commitment market role, that’s completely fine too.

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift around 40 lbs and be on your feet for several hours
• Comfortable working solo and taking responsibility
• Basic comfort using an iPad or POS system
Food Safety
ServSafe certification is a plus.
If you’re not certified, we’ll cover a short online course (a couple hours) and pay you for the time it takes to complete it.
The Role
You’re the person people interact with at the market, so the way you show up shapes how they experience our brand.
We’re not looking for someone overly salesy, just someone real, friendly, present, and easy to talk to.

Production Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible)
Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can work with your hands and be part of a growing local business?
LifeBooch Kombucha is hiring someone (ages 18 and above) to help with day-to-day production in our brewery. This role focuses on bottling, labeling, packaging, and general production tasks, with opportunities to learn more of the process over time.
This is a good fit if you’re looking for something consistent but not full-time, with the option to take on more as we grow.
What You’ll Do
• Fill and bottle kombucha
• Label bottles and prepare finished product
• Package cases for delivery and distribution
• Clean equipment, dishes, and work areas
• Help maintain a clean and organized production space
• Assist with batch tracking and basic record keeping
• Operate basic production equipment (we’ll train you)
• Occasionally help with flavoring and brewing batches
Schedule
• Flexible part-time hours
• Typically weekdays, with a focus on production days (Wednesdays and others as needed)
Pay + Perks
• $17/hour with raises based on time employed and performance
• Free kombucha
Growth Opportunities (Optional)
If you want more hours or responsibility, there’s room for that, but it’s not required for this position.
• Learning the full brewing process
• Taking on more responsibility with batching and production
• Helping improve systems and workflow as we grow

• Able to follow systems and processes carefully

This is a behind-the-scenes role, but it’s a big part of what keeps everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is down to earth, shows up reliably, does solid work, and takes ownership of their role, and works well with others on the team.
